I got the call my Grams went into Hospice on Monday morning. I had been by her side since. This morning she has passed.

Grams is my favorite person in this world. She chose to love me and my boys like her own. She was one of my foster grandma's, but you'd never know it. She never called me her foster grandkid, just Tina her granddaughter.

Like so many of you who look through your memories of loved ones, I've been looking for photos of my Grams to make into magnets for myself and my boys. Hold your loved ones a bit tighter, take the photo, enjoy every second.
