Homesteading comes with some truly heartbreaking mornings. We lost two of our girls to a raccoon last night, and we are still anxiously watching over a third. The audio on this video hits a little too close to home today—you really never do know how many sunrises you have left. I’m just glad I was able to capture this peaceful moment of them happily snacking on their sprouted field peas. Give your flocks a little extra love today.
