For some reason I’m getting weird “offers” to buy some of the necklaces I’ve posted pictures of. It would be awesome if they were real offers but I think they are phishing scams. I’m going to figure out how to temporarily shut down this account.

Thanks to everyone who came by my booth yesterday at the Hillsboro Elks. I'll be in Jefferson Oregon this next Saturday for my final sale of the season. Looking to reduce inventory and prices have been reduced.

I’m having total knee replacement I left knee tomorrow and will be laying up for a while. Probably not at Mennonite village next month. We’ll see how the healing goes. I’ve been busy this year and lots of inventory.

The holidays are almost behind us. Thanks to all who came out to support me at various Holiday Bazaars. It wasn't a very successful year for my sales and attribute that there not being a huge market for what I make - at least here in the valley. I will be looking for Bazaars/Markets next year that will hopefully hit a different market. I don't make jewelry to support myself, hopefully just using up what supplies I have. I have so many crystals!! and other types of beads. If anyone has a suggestion for styles, colors etc. please send them my way. Also if anyone has suggestions to other markets/bazaars, please share. I only want to attend a few a year and am willing to travel an hour or so for a one day market.

Well it turns out not all sales are great ones. The last two days have been pretty bad. I finished my book, worked on 2 bracelets and still left early today (second day). I'm lucky that I sold a little, some vendors didn't sell anything. My first question when I sign up for a sale is going to be "where do you advertise??". I did some networking and found out about other sales that have a history of being well attended. Next sale, Dec. 2.

After an incredibly success Holiday Market last weekend I'm signed up to do another one this weekend. This is a 2 day event, and the first year for this. I'm hesitant but have committed to doing it and I told many people who came by last weekend that I would be there.
