For over 30 years I've built a career in fine jewelry — a beautiful industry that has also been, at times, a deeply challenging one.
I earned 30% less than my male counterparts. I worked harder. And I consistently grew revenue for the businesses I served — by 30%.
I'm not sharing this for sympathy. I'm sharing it because it's common. And because I believe the next generation of women — our daughters — deserve better.
