That part where you stop and make sure overlays match up and the strands are seated correctly at the transition. Charging from Diamond to Herringbone has a serious change in how strands are pulled around the diameter so I always take it out of the vice to make adjustments on the reverse side. Saves a lot of headaches. 3ft Signals with mirrored overlays.

I am pleased to announce that I have added high density industrial Delrin canes to my catalog. 24 inch overall length, 7 inch 12 plait handles. The 3/8 inch have a belly underneath the overlay to beef up the diameter for a comfortable grip. The 1/2 inch has the same diameter. If you just want a high quality cane with no frills you can get them bare. Any sharp edge have been rounded off for safety. These babies really pack a punch!
