In Ecuador, one of the most challenging things is finding a steady job and balancing it with one's home life. For these women, they often face a difficult decision of taking care of their family financially and emotionally. We at Mujus want to support these women by helping them find their strength and financial independence. Through our Working Mothers Program, we teach the art of jewelry making that allows these women to work from home.⠀⠀⠀⠀
