Last night we poured two very special teas for the launch of the Blast Tourbillon Dragon Watch. This time piece is inspired by the legend of the Dragon and the Pearl. To commemorate the occasion and the coming Lunar New Year, we tasted a 2012 vintage Puerh tea and Jasmine Dragon Pearl Green Tea.

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, we hosted a very special tea tasting and culinary experience last night in Toronto. Guests were guided through a tasting of Chinese and Japanese teas paired perfectly with Asian fusion dishes.

Big thanks to everyone who joined us in the virtual tea house last night for a tasting of 3 incredible teas: Long Jing, Gaba Oolong, and Yunnan Hong Cha. We tasted, smelled and learned all about the traditions of these teas.
