My Miller’s Infrared Sauna experience. Everyone must try this. The ultimate relaxation and definitely needed for lymphatic drainage and to get a good sweat going. I felt so relaxed and ready for bed after but I had to work. Natasha is an amazing massage therapist and this infrared sauna is another service she offers. I love having friends that are business owners and we all take care of each other.
