Il De Philae Zircon and Brilliant White Diamond Ring by Angie Marei was inspired by Ancient Egypt, Egyptian date fruit palm trees, and the extreme heat of the sun. Marei translates textures and negative spaces of palm leaves into this piece. The opulent ring elegantly sits over three fingers like a giant palm leaf providing shade. Named after the Ancient Egyptian Island of Philae (pronounced fai-leeh), where the sacred Temple Of Isis was built.
