Airbnb Cleaner (1099)
Thank you for your interest in the cleaning position, here is a basic description of what the job requirements are.
We are looking for someone to clean between checkouts during the week and/or weekends between 11a - 3:45p.
Upon arrival to notify the owner of any issues such as smoking smell, extra dirty, damaged/missing items, etc. Take before & after pictures then we complete a cleaning crew checklist
Lastly, we notify the owner if the stock is running low for bathroom/kitchen/laundry amenities and anything else you may offer the guests/ Take after pictures when you're done with cleaning.
Qualifications
Experience cleaning vacation rentals/ hotels preferred
Must have own transportation
The basic duties include:
Changing beds, washing & drying all linens and towels & tidy up bedrooms
Folding linens and towels away.
Wiping down mirror, sink, toilet and tub in all bathrooms
Emptying trash
Wiping down sink, counters and table in kitchen
Load & unload dishwasher dishes away
Sweep / Vacuum the floors
Mop the floors
Generally keep common areas clean & tidy
ALL CLEANING SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Additional Responsibilities
Complete Cleaning Checklist
Notify us when stock is running low
Document any missing or damaged items
Communicate problems with the owner
Notify owner of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Take Before & After picture
Must be okay with working
independently
All tasks generally take around 3-4 hours to complete.
Paid within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all. But on average there are around 5- 10 reservations a month
