Happy Saint Patrick's Day! 🍀 A day for the Irish but celebrated by everyone!

Did you know Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated in more countries than any other national festival? How did that happen? Today we celebrate the advent of Christianity in Ireland, yet somehow this feast day went global. How inclusive and open. Today is about luck, community, and joy. More so than that however, it's a celebration of forgiveness:

Saint Patrick was first brought to Ireland as a slave, captured by Irish pirates at 16; he escaped and later return a missionary by the promptings of vision in a dream... and ended up becoming revered and celebrated by the very people who once held him captive! That's the three-leaf clover "trinity" of a forgiving heart, somehow it transforms three hearts in one: the injured heart is softened, the offended heart is changed, and the divine heart of God's grace is extended to both with love! At the very center, Saint Patrick's Day is about Irish sailors celebrating the joy of being forgiven! And that's a joy the whole world can relate to! 🍀

This boulder opal is amazing because it somehow changes colors from bright orange to vivid green, like a field of poppies in California during a super bloom. A little petal that fell.

Layered with it is our double necklace that features little moon and star charms with a sparkling mirror chain. Simple but bright!
