💍 Classic Edwardian Solitaire

A classic and elegant Edwardian era engagement ring. One of the beautiful aspects of this antique ring is the way that it is seamless, with the six pronged crown integrated into the rounded 14k buttery yellow gold band. As was common for much of the first half of the 20th C., the crown is made of platinum. The white metal prongs 'disappear' against the facets of this slightly warm antique stone. The diamond is a 1.09 ct Old European Cut mined diamond (Q/R color and VS2 clarity, GIA Report 2231639175). The ring is a size 6.5 and some resizing is possible, please inquire.

An exquisite antique engagement ring made during the Edwardian era, known for its romantic and feminine design motifs. Sitting in a beautiful six prong platinum crown is a 1.81 ct antique Old European cut mined diamond, L color, VS1 clarity with a GIA report (2235071486). The shoulders and shank of this ring are made in 14k yellow gold. The shoulders have three single-cut diamonds that are bead set in platinum epaulet shaped forms with delicate millegrain detail along the edges. This vintage beauty is currently a size 5.5 and can be resized.

A gorgeous .39 ct Old European cut diamond is set in a Buttercup style crown.
A beautiful, deeply carved orange blossom and vine design forms the shoulders of this romantic ring.
The orange blossom symbolizes good fortune and fidelity and is a motif found in bridal jewelry for at least a century.
Made of 14k gold and is often seen in Victorian era jewelry, there is a rosy hue.
This is due to the higher content of copper used as an alloy at the time.

The diamond is a spready 2.51 carat Old European cut with so much vibrance and character. Graded by the GIA (5232760217) as H color and SI2 clarity with an exceptionally pretty brilliance pattern.
The delicate bezel setting allows for the diamond to be appreciated while also holding it securely.
The early 20th C. ring has a swag design along its gallery with fleur de lis elements forming the shoulders.
From the table of the diamond to the finger, it is 5 mm.
Made in 14k gold and is a size 5.75.

The shoulders feature round, marquise and square shaped forms bezel set with natural diamonds, adding another .28 tcw.
