Helped my clients get this view under contract the other day. I couldnā€™t be more excited for them!

This home was the fourth they submitted an offer on (itā€™s competitive out there right now). šŸ˜³

After feeling a little disheartened after hearing they didnā€™t get the home for the third time šŸ˜”, I told them, ā€œkeep your chin up. Often times it just means the right one is just around the corner.ā€ šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Sure enough, they beat out the other offer and couldnā€™t be happier the first three didnā€™t work out. This home is WAY cooler!! šŸ˜Ž
