Two 5711 models can look almost identical, but turning them over reveals different generations. This 2020 Nautilus features the updated caliber 26-330 movement introduced in 2019 to replace the earlier 324.

For me, the appeal is pairing a familiar Nautilus design with next-generation engineering, including refined automatic winding and a useful stop-seconds feature.

Take my Panda away from me and tell me I can only own one watch for the rest of my life.

I actually knew my answer immediately.

One watch. Nothing else in the collection. Forever.

What would yours be?

I love how the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Tourbillon Chronograph breaks traditional rules. While luxury watchmaking usually means gold or platinum, AP crafted this aggressive case out of forged carbon, a lightweight and strong material from motorsports.

Inside, an open-work dial showcases a tourbillon chronograph movement, putting classic high-end complications into a bold sports watch.

This is what happens when luxury meets serious watchmaking. We are highlighting the Audemars Piguet Concept GMT Tourbillon, featuring a bold 44mm titanium case, white ceramic bezel, and two interchangeable rubber straps. Its open-worked dial showcases a tourbillon at 9 o'clock alongside a GMT complication, creating a piece that demands attention.

The Audemars Piguet Frosted Mini, crafted entirely in 18 karat gold and measuring just 23 millimeters. Its signature frosted finish is created with a diamond-tipped hammering technique that produces an incredible, diamond-like sparkle without any diamonds.

It features an octagonal bezel, eight exposed screws, a petite tapestry dial, and a quartz movement.

Some of these takes are definitely going to upset a few collectors.

I went rapid-fire overrated or underrated with all of them.

Which watch do you think gets more hype than it deserves?

I put some of the greatest watch houses head-to-head to pick my favorites. Between classic history and complication, Omega, AP, and Patek stood out against Cartier, RM, and FP Journe. Watch the whole video to see who won.

Comment below on how you would have done it differently.

A great watch collection isn’t about how many watches you own.

For me, it’s about having the right watches for the right moments.

I break down the five categories I think every collection should eventually have.

Which category are you missing?

I love this Royal Oak Chronograph configuration because it gives you the presence of rose gold without going all the way to a full rose-gold bracelet.

The deep blue dial against the rose gold and rubber makes the watch feel sporty, refined, and unmistakably AP.

If you want a Royal Oak that makes a statement but feels different from the traditional bracelet configuration, this is a serious option.

Come see it at EuroWatch in Lido Village.
