Got out yesterday for the last of our regular season Coho. We had to wade through 13 wilds to get these four, but we got ‘em!

The size of the wilds we caught have us super excited for non- select season coming up in September 1st! They are feisty too!

The ocean crabbing is also picking up! Two limits in just two pots. This pot had 27 crabs total. 😳

Tuna time is always a good time! It took us a while to find ‘em, but it was pretty steady once we did. They were hitting on everything- hand lines, birds, clones- didn’t matter- they liked it. We hit 18 and decided that was enough. It’s hard to quit when the fishing is good, but we always try to be mindful about not taking more than we can use. Plus- ya gotta factor in how much time it will take to carc all those fish!
We are always working on new stuff and just finished the finally testing on some tuna gear- so be sure and stay tuned for that!

Limited out Friday using our new rods from . They are highly sensitive for the expert, yet durable and toug enough to handle the big fish. If you’re in the market for new trolling rods you should check them out.
The salmon fishing was fast and furious overall, with our limit of 8 plus eleven wild throwbacks in just about an hour.
