I don’t have every piece of the puzzle figured out yet… and honestly, I’m okay with that.

I’m loving the life I’m living right now while getting pretty damn excited about the life that’s still unfolding. ❤️

Something tells me the best parts haven’t even been revealed yet. 👀✨

Life in my 50s looks a little something like this… 💃✨

Pickleball. Workouts. Getting dressed up. Coffee dates. New adventures. Nights out. Lots of laughs. Taking care of me. Sweating, dealing with menopause, And making memories along the way.

I’m not trying to be 25 again… I’m just having WAY too much fun being me. 😂❤️

Turns out, this decade looks pretty damn good on me.

One supplement I’m NOT skipping in my 50s… 👀💪🏼

Creatine.

I used to mix it into my protein shakes, smoothies… basically whatever I was already drinking. 😂 But lately I’ve been keeping my supplements separate and simple because I’ve learned that my body doesn’t always agree with everything on the same day.

So today it’s just:
💧 4–5 oz water
💪🏼 2 scoops FARMASI Creatine
🥤 Mix + drink
🏋🏼‍♀️ Then it’s time to WORK.

Why is creatine part of my routine?

It can help support muscle strength, exercise performance and lean muscle — and those are things I care a LOT more about in my 50s than chasing a smaller number on the scale.

I’m not trying to be skinny.

I’m trying to be STRONG, capable and active for as long as I can. ❤️‍🔥

If you’re in your 40s or 50s and strength is becoming more important to you too, you’re my people. 🙌🏼

87° at 8 AM… and we still showed up. 😂

Movement. Sunshine. Good friends. A little pickleball. A LOT of fun.

I’m realizing more and more that staying active in your 50s isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about creating a life you actually want to get up and live. ❤️

And this? This is my kind of morning. ☀️🎾
