OJA Meeting 10/24/2026 following the Sooner Slam Tournament at Arcadia.

Our agenda is as follows.

State of the Organization, count of member clubs.
After Action for State Championship
Ben has resigned, we have a vacant position that we may need to fill.
Promotion Chair nominations/volunteer call.
Clubs that have requested joining OJA
Tournaments/workouts/interstate collaborations on schedule for rest of year
OJA promotion of tournaments.
Call for volunteers for tech and social media committees.
Rules and regulations will need to be established for committees.
Set next meeting in January

Get ready for an exciting day of judo competition! This ATJA Sanctioned Open Tournament will feature juniors, seniors, novices, and masters — with medals for 1st–3rd place and team trophies up for grabs.

✨ Event Details:
📝 Registration onsite only (separate form per division)
💰 $35 entry ($20 additional divisions, family discounts available)
🕗 Weigh-ins:
• Teens (13–16) & Masters (30+): 8:00–9:00 AM
• Juniors (5–12): 8:00–10:00 AM
• Seniors: 8:00–11:00 AM

🥋 Competition start:
• Masters & Teens: 9:30 AM
• Juniors: after Masters/Teens awards
• Seniors: 11:30 AM and after Juniors’ awards
