A coach who leads by example is key. My clients are all at different levels but I still push them and encourage them with the same intensity. These are just a few of them in action. I am proud of each and every one of them 💪🏽. I am their biggest hype girl!

Ya’ll had a great week. Now, get some rest and I will see you all next week…unless your Saturday crew 💪🏽. Then I will see you tomorrow!

Did you know that most women are under muscled? Especially menopausal women.

No amount of fat loss is going to produce the look you want without a base of muscle.
And that takes years. However, it is never too late!
What you must understand is that “toned” doesn’t exist. It is called MUSCLE. Start lifting and stay consistent with nutrition and you will achieve the shape you desire.

Client progress alert! 31lbs down and counting! This is what happens when you put in the work and follow the program without making excuses. Fran has completely blown my mind! She came to me READY to make a change and she’s followed through 💪🏽.
I work with Fran three times a week and she does cardio on her own at home…35 minutes elliptical or swimming laps in her pool. I developed a nutrition plan for her to follow and she adapted to it like a pro 🙌🏽. This is only the beginning! I can’t say enough how proud of her I am! As a coach, she has been a start student!
Please help me in congratulating Fran on her progress. She’s done this the right way without any shortcuts.

You aren’t just clients to me, you are all family! Thank you to my amazing clients who showed up ready to cheer for their coach. Not all were able to make it but made themselves present with messages of support and cheers of congratulations. I didn’t build a business, I built a close knit tribe who support each other and I am so proud of that!
