It breaks my heart, but I may need to sell all my horses including Mango & Pumpkin very soon, as I am unemployed and losing my farm. Also shown are my 2 mustangs from South Steens HMA. Please PM if interested or with questions.

Mango's 2024 filly, Pumpkin (Silver Bay LP). She's been practicing standing tied like a big girl, getting her first set of braids, and being her naturally silly self 😜

I finally got around to measuring her and at exactly 1yr old, she's already as tall as her sire. She's right between 13.2 - 13.3 🫣 She's going to be a big girl!

Here's a goodnight kiss from Mama Mango after getting a few of her braids redone last night 😘

Update 1/15/25: ***reduced! PM for detail***

Tiazara of Mango’s Forest (Mango, for short) is a gorgeous, 10 yr old Silver Palomino Tobiano mare, a proven producer of high value foals. She’s PSSM & FIS clear. If you’re wanting to produce foals with height, color, conformation, and excellent bloodlines, this is your mare!

Her lines include sire Sir Keith, grand sire St. Clarins (named “Ambassador of the breed”!), and The Business aka The Boss. While her height is average for a Gypsy, she carries and sometimes passes on an “extra height” gene to some of her offspring. Her 4yr old c**t is at 16h and this year’s filly is just huge! She’s produced some gorgeous colors with her silver and creme genes: a black silver dapple blagdon c**t, a smoky silver dapple filly, a smoky cream c**t, a smoky cream filly, a chestnut spotted LP filly, and a silver bay spotted LP filly (I’ve included photos of her offspring).

Mango is a little bit silly, she smiles on cue and whinnies or nickers at you every time she sees you coming her way

Trying to get Mango back into some regular work under saddle to keep her fit. She's been such a good girl so far 💕

Oh my gosh, my little Pumpkin is so smart! It took her 5 minutes today to learn how to exchange kisses for back scratches 🤣🙌💕

I am just tickled pink! I just got the results for the color DNA for Mango's filly, Pumpkin. What I really wanted is silver bay LP but because the skin around her eyes was salmon color, and I wasn't seeing any black points, I really thought the result was going to be flaxen chestnut. Much to my surprise, she's tested to be exactly what I was dreaming of 💜🥰
Silver bay LP with PATN1!

Look at how much her color has changed after body clipping 😲 I think she's going to have a color changing coat... Dark in the winter and light in the summer. Mango is the opposite: dark in the summer and light in the winter. Pumpkin is just so adorable 🥰

She also has the gene for increased height which I'm excited about. I'm personally hoping for 14.3-15.1h. She's currently 11.2h at 3 months old. Her half brother Lord Falcor (who is available BTW!) has reached 16h 😲

We rotated pastures today, and both Mango & Pumpkin enjoyed letting loose 💜 this pasture will be great for Pumpkin to learn all about balance because there are several areas where the elevation or footing changes.
