Now I have always known “Farfalle” to be a type of pasta but now I see this word popping up in my bead magazines, bead stores and bead shops.

One of my favorite new products this year in Tucson was a two part epoxy clay. You can find it in array of vibrant colors just like polymer clay.

I was resistant for a long time against using Lucite because basically it is plastic. However, if you look at some of the great jewels from the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s with their big bright baubles and colors they were made from Lucite.
