I’m usually a stickler for hidden helix pieces actually being “hidden” but in this case the Modern Mood “Orion” was the perfect replacement for the jewelry that she wore previously. 2018. Sometimes I miss the creepy outside area of the tattoo shop next door, with its black brick walls, corrugated metal fence, and perfectly filtered lighting at all hours of the day. Taking pictures back there was a dream and I miss the moody, hazy, images that were born there.

You can’t go wrong when you add Emeralds and chains! Alyana was happy with her ears but wanted to start incorporating some pops of green as well as some movement. We switched a few pieces around and placed a special order for a double chain for her conch. Sadly I won’t be around to install it when it arrives but hopefully will get some pictures of the final look!

Rose gold and Moonstone for Brittany. There are plans to add more piercings in the future but the goal with this styling was not only to create cohesiveness and add movement, but also to bring balance since I felt like her jewelry was too top heavy before. Thanks for coming to see me Brittany!

I love when I get to keep building on a styling over time. I first styled Emily’s ears back in 2023. We did yellow gold & opal, and few chains and charms. She’s about to cut her hair super short and wanted her ears to make more of a statement so we added more charms, more chains, and more piercings!
