Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky 1989 Bourbon Barrel selected by Tiger’s Finest Selection.
The tasting notes:
Nose- Begins with a strong sense of brine and sea breeze. Hints of malt sugar, can dried fruit, molasses and lime zest. An elegant touch of orange blossom and fresh to***co leaves.
Palate- A power but not overwhelming wave of sea salt and minerality. Dark chocolate, earl grey tea, lemon sherbet and a splash of peat smoke.
Finish- Long peaty smoke with lingering bonfire ash.
