“Resistance training” has another meaning here! 😁
Some words of encouragement, whether you’re facing internal resistance (from low self-confidence, for example) or external (from, say, circumstances or other people). Growth can feel uncomfortable, even painful. But sometimes that’s how you know it’s working. 💖
