«Refunds and Exchanges»
If your order is not to your liking, please contact me. 100% customer satisfaction is my goal. Customer feedback and suggestions are always welcome. Refunds and replacements will be made on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return a non-personalized item, the following conditions apply.
- Returned items must be in new condition- just like I sent it to you
- Buyer must pay return shipping
- Buyer will be refunded the cost of the item, only. Shipping charges are not refundable. shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail® - 2-3 Day Delivery. Most products will ship in approx. 7-14 business days from date of purchase. Order fulfillment times vary with my workload. If you need an item by a specific date, please let me know. I will make every effort to honor your request.
«Tracking Your Package & Postal Delays»
I am not responsible for lost packages. Once a package has been shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check it for updates. (You have all of the same information available to you that I have regarding tracking your package.) I cannot rush, intercept, or alter a shipment after it has been mailed. I am not responsible for missed deadlines caused by mail delays. I do not guarantee any delivery times by the USPS. I mail packages out by the deadlines I promise. I cannot control anything beyond that. (Trust me, I wish I could.) Always order as early as possible to allow your items to be made, packaged, and shipped and to allow for any unexpected mail delays.
«Hand Stamping - Can the back be stamped?»
Each of my jewelry pieces are stamped by hand with a hammer and metal stamp, one letter at a time. No two pieces will be exactly alike. Letter impressions may vary in depth and spacing may not be exact. These small variations should not be viewed as imperfections, as they only make the piece more unique. Because each letter makes a slight impression on the opposite side of the disc, only one side can be personalized.
«Sizing details»
The aluminum cuffs are especially adjustable and are great for those with smaller than average wrists. However, please take note that these are a softer metal and tend to bend easier than Copper and Brass. If you bend them too much, they will quickly lose their shape. Copper, brass, and nickel are slightly adjustable depending on their gauge.
«Mixed Metal Jewelry Care Instructions»
To keep your jewelry looking its best, do not sleep in your cuffs. ALUMINIUM: A soft metal that is a great price alternative to Sterling Silver. Aside from being low in cost, aluminum is lightweight and does not tarnish - If the metal becomes dull or dirty it can be easily wiped away with a lint free cloth / silver cloth. This soft metal, however, is not as strong as Copper, Brass and Nickel & continued bending & twisting will weaken the metal & inevitably break. All copper and brass pieces are buffed with microcrystalline wax polish to avoid tarnish, but these metals still should not be worn in water. Mixed metal jewelry tarnishes. This is a normal occurrence and with the proper care, it will not affect you wearing your new piece. Tarnishing can occur very quickly, especially if you live in humid climate. To prevent tarnishing, store your jewelry in a small zip lock bag and avoid storing in the bathroom as moisture will accelerate tarnishing. Some lotions and perfumes may also accelerate tarnishing. Remember, your jewelry piece should be the last thing you put on in the morning and the first thing you take off at night. If tarnishing does occur, use a polishing pad to gently polish your jewelry piece. Be careful not to remove intentional oxidation that gives the piece its rustic look. Copper and brass may eventually leave a green tint on the skin. This is a normal occurrence with both metals, and it is harmless. It will wash off easily with soap and water.
