𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴... 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁? ✨
My relationship with crystals in my healing practice has been evolving for a while.
First I carried raw stones in little pouches on my body.
Then I began creating Akasha beads & prayer jewelry so I could intentionally wear the minerals I wanted to work with.
Eventually I started crystal gridding the spaces where I offered healing in public.
And somewhere along the way... the crystals made it all the way to my fingertips. 💅✨
For my Reiki Harmonics sessions at Same Same But Different Festival, I chose to wear my 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 Clawz — created with real Rose Quartz & Selenite.
And after spending three days with my hands in energy work, I noticed something I hadn't fully understood when I started putting minerals into press-ons:
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘇 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
Rose Quartz for the energy of love.
Selenite for clearing.
Together, they made my hands feel like a focal point for the intention I was already bringing into the Reiki — 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 & 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴.
There's something incredibly beautiful about watching Quartz & Clawz evolve from wearable crystal art into something I can intentionally incorporate into my own spiritual practice.
And getting to explore that while offering Reiki at Same Same But Different felt like the perfect place to discover it. 🫶✨
