Today is National Boss' Day! Good bosses are hard to come by. I have had some bad ones and some really good ones. One thing I used to tell my team was: as you climb the ladder and become a boss to others, remember how you liked to be treated, and treat your team even better. A team that appreciates and respects their boss will work harder and more effectively. And if you have a really good boss, let them know how much you appreciate them. I promise you, it could be a lot worse!
