In the Garden...

We have Ichiban Eggplant growing!!!! Only one right now, but more are sure to come. I don't like regular eggplant; I think it gets to mushy and bitter. But I like slicing Ichiban Eggplant, breading it and frying it. Then I eat them with dip. Similar concept to pickle chips. Have you tried Ichiban Eggplant? What do you think?
