I absolutely love creating pieces especially for you. Whether you have a specific vision in mind, colors you love, a meaningful idea you’d like brought to life, or simply want to give me a little creative freedom—I’m always happy to talk about a custom piece.
To help protect both myself and my customers, I’ve established a few guidelines for custom orders and payments.
🌿 CUSTOM ORDER INQUIRIES
When messaging about a custom order, please include a little information about what you're looking for.
For example:
• What type of item you'd like (earrings, wristlet, medallion, keychain, etc.)
• Colors or a general theme
• Inspiration photos, if you have them
• Any deadline or special occasion
Messages such as “Can you make something similar?” without a photo, description, or any other context may not receive a response. Unfortunately, small-business and artist pages receive a significant amount of scam/spam messages that begin this way.
🌙 CUSTOM ORDER DEPOSITS
All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before I begin creating your piece.
Your deposit secures your order and allows me to purchase and/or dedicate the materials and time needed specifically for your project.
The remaining 50% balance + shipping (when applicable) is due once your piece is completed and before it is shipped or delivered.
⭐ PAYMENT POLICY
For everyone's security, I will initiate payment requests/invoices whenever possible through one of my accepted payment methods.
I will never:
• Pay a fee to receive your payment
• Send money back in order to “unlock” or “release” a payment
• Upgrade a payment account because a buyer claims they sent money from a “business account”
• Consider an email or screenshot proof that payment was received
A payment is considered received only when I can verify it directly through my payment account.
These policies aren't meant to make ordering complicated—they allow me to spend less time sorting through scams and more time doing what I love: creating beautiful beadwork for you. 💜
