It’s May and I have 3 vendor events coming up. First up I will be at today, May 1st, 3:00pm -8:00pm and May 2nd from 10:00am - 6:00pm. Right after May 7th at the 6:00pm - 9:00pm. Drop by to check out the brand or just to say hi. Next week I will be releasing a short story and adding a new enamel pin to the website GritandStones.com. Some enamel pins and bracelets are sold exclusively at the events before I put them up on the website. In the meantime here is a pic of my set up and me smiling because apparently I look too serious in most pics.

One year ago today the short film The Portal Part 2 went live along with the introduction of the brand. Although it was years in progress the website went officially live 1 year ago. This is a BTS shoot for the short film. Both part 1 and 2 were shot on an iPhone and done guerrilla style so there's some crazy stories around the production of it (We really hazed ourselves with color smoke in the city and the fog/smoke is real not CGI). The bracelet collection make appearances through out the The Portal short films and the enamel pins tie in with the mythology.
Although I haven't done a part 3 the other short reel/stories for new product releases tie in within The Portal universe. As the brand continues to grow I have new stories and products to release just need to map everything out, grateful to make it one year 👁️ ⚫️⚪️

The final visit to the cemetery for our new bracelet and 3rd final enamel pin drop of the season 🪦. Just in time for the Phases hard enamel pin with skull and moon phases design. 10mm Tiger Eye, Lava stones and skull carved out of Ox bone for The Eternal Ox bone bracelet. This concludes the short trilogy revolving around The Portal, the cemetery, and new designs. You can always check out the short films/stories to see the backstory of each item from the store.
