Scratch your wire wrapping itch this week at Scrap Collective! We've got two different options for you:

Thursday at 4:30pm is Open Studio. You're invited to come, hang out, talk jewelry making, brainstorm, and work on any ongoing wire-wrapping or jewelry projects! Scrap is letting us use the space for free, so this gets to be a free event! Beginners, contemplators of wire art, and advanced wrappers are all welcome. (And tbh no one is going to get turned away so come hang with us!)

Saturday at 2:00pm I'm teach my first ever wire weaving class. Materials are included in this one, and you'll walk away with either a completed bracelet or one on its way! You'll also be introduced to some basic wire wrapping skills and at least 2 different types of weave. ♡

Are you just into jewelry making and think it'd be fun to craft with others? Wire Wrap Open Studio at Scrap Collective may be right for you!

Bring your current projects, new techniques you're trying, sketchbooks with designs, finished work for us to celebrate, and your lovely selves! Open Studio will be held on June 18th from 4:30 to 6:30 and is free to anyone over 18. RSVP on the Scrap website so we know how many snacks to bring! ♡

Having to cancel my vending today at Golden Cactus. Did you know I grew up spending a lot of time hiding in a small room from severe weather? My childhood home was stuck by lightning 3 times while I lived there, and several homes in my hometown were destroyed by storms. Coincidentally I am now very cautious around even the possibility of turbulent weather. Wild.
