Stop putting too much on yourself. Create a short, actionable to do list. 5 things total:
▪︎ 3 Must Dos
▪︎ 2 Nice to Haves.

As a project manager, I've watched team members be so overloaded - that they can't see the forest through the trees 🌲 Rather than taking a minute to celebrate wins, they seem to be rewarded with more work 🫠

Instead of racing on the hamster wheel, be focused and do what you can in that day. The rest will work itself out when you've set clear goals for yourself.

Reflective questions are much needed to tap into motives and be more intentional.
▪︎ Why am I doing this? (Purpose)
▪︎ What am I hoping to gain or achieve? (Goals)
▪︎ What will achieving/completing this for, do for me? Will it add or subtract to your life?

It is easy to do something because everyone else is or you think I should have/do this because of "xyz". But take that extra step to learn yourself and get more clarity on you.

There is so many examples I could give - maybe I will share it in a newsletter.
