These months have flown by. I can't even believe it is May. And apologies for skipping April 🫠 Trust me - you didn't miss anything. (Forgive my mean mug. Smiling has been tough!)

Stop putting too much on yourself. Create a short, actionable to do list. 5 things total:
▪︎ 3 Must Dos
▪︎ 2 Nice to Haves.

As a project manager, I've watched team members be so overloaded - that they can't see the forest through the trees 🌲 Rather than taking a minute to celebrate wins, they seem to be rewarded with more work 🫠

Instead of racing on the hamster wheel, be focused and do what you can in that day. The rest will work itself out when you've set clear goals for yourself.
