Had such a great time on SA Live today! After three months off and a few surgeries, I will admit I was feeling the nerves and a bit rusty! Thankfully, the amazing cohost Fiona came to the rescue!
We discussed how our skin naturally loses moisture during winter due to the cold weather and indoor heating, and shared tips on how to achieve that spring glow. It’s all about using the right products that contain natural hydrators like aloe vera, honey, shea butter, jojoba oil, and more. These ingredients not only hydrate but also promote healing and elasticity.
We also created a refreshing vitamin C mask to rejuvenate dull skin! Fresh orange juice is packed with antioxidants, helps boost collagen, and gently exfoliates away dead skin cells. Combined with honey—known for its soothing properties—we had a perfect mask for glowing skin.
Lastly, we touched on the importance of balancing our diet post-winter comfort food season. Including antioxidant-rich foods like berries and leafy greens can significantly support our skin from the inside out.
