I’ve been rocking the new power whale pendant and it feels so inspiring for the season of life I’m swimming through 🐋🐳

Even my daughter Zahara loves it, studying it as she recieves nourishment from my bosom (2 years strong!). Popping off to simply say “whale!!!!” while she points at it 🫶🏾🙏🏽

Wearing the Whale these days feels like wearing a prayer 🐋

This season of my life, two years deep in motherhood, has asked everything of me.

There were moments where I could feel how much urgency I was holding…
how much fear around keeping Zahara safe…
like my nervous system was always slightly braced.

And then this mantra found me:

“I AM IN FLOW, ATTUNED, HELD.”

And it felt like truth.
Like something my body already knew… just waiting to be remembered.

The Whale carries that frequency so purely.
She doesn’t rush.
She doesn’t force.
She trusts the currents.
She listens deeply.

And that’s what I’ve been coming home to.

Remembering that I am attuned.
That my intuition is online.
That I have everything I need to care for my daughter and myself in each present moment.

Not from fear…
but from presence.
From trust.
From flow.

This pendant feels like an anchor back into that state.
A softening.
A deep exhale.

A daily reminder that I don’t have to grip so tightly…
I can be held, too. Let me repeat that for all the moms out there: I CAN BE HELD, TOO.

And getting to wear the medicine of an animal I’ve loved so deeply…

🦋 Power Butterfly & Spring Energy

A monarch gently resting on the third eye of a golden pup ( )…
as if to remind us of something ancient and true.

The butterfly carries powerful medicine.

I AM

BALANCED
TRANSFORMED

Look closely at a butterfly’s wings and you’ll notice their sacred symmetry. Nature reminding us that when we cultivate balance within, life around us begins to harmonize too. ⚖️

Butterflies are also messengers of joy and creativity.
When we feel joy, creativity flows.
When we create, joy awakens.
They dance beautifully together.

And of course… transformation.

From caterpillar…
to complete dissolution…
to a winged being capable of flight.

One of nature’s most miraculous reminders that profound change is possible and in my opinion, that magic is REAL.

Bears remind us of a strength that doesn’t need to roar.

Their power is quiet… steady… rooted deep in the earth.

When a bear moves through the forest, everything feels it…yet there is no rush, no proving, no forcing. Just presence.

Bear medicine teaches us that true strength is grounded.
It’s the ability to stand firmly in who you are…
to protect what matters…
and to retreat into stillness when it’s time to listen to your soul.

Each winter, bears disappear into their dens — not out of weakness, but out of wisdom. They understand the sacred rhythm of rest, reflection, and renewal.

In a world that often tells us to push harder and go faster, the bear whispers another path:

Power Owl 🦉

The owl has long been a powerful guide on my path. This incredible bird reminds us of our ability to see from a higher perspective….to pause, observe, and trust the deeper wisdom that lives within us.

Owl medicine invites us to listen to the quiet whispers of our soul… to trust our gut, our intuition, and the inner knowing that is always guiding us when we become still enough to hear it.

It’s been beautiful to witness the community that has grown through the fam, humans choosing to connect with their power animals. These small symbols of animal medicine have a way of bringing people together, the stories you share always blow my mind, and yet I’m not surprised when it comes to the magic. Magic that sparks deeper conversations, unexpected connections, and moments of belonging, my living prayer for these pendants.

The Bless It Forward movement continues to inspire me. Each pendant carries a story, traveling from heart to heart, weaving a quiet web of kindness and connection in the world.

Doesn’t it feel like our world is howling for deeper intimacy? For more meaningful questions that create depth ( instead of “ what do you do? I ask “what lights you up” or what’s alive for you right now?”) and of course, spaces where people feel they truly belong.

And yes… the last photo is from a festival moment when I felt deeply inspired to glue a power animal pendant to my third eye. 😄 Full owl activation. Seeing EVERYTHING.

To be strong like the Bear is not about force.
It’s about steadiness.
It’s about protecting what matters.
It’s about trusting your own rhythm.

Bears hibernate for a reason.

They withdraw.
They reflect.
They digest the season they’ve just lived.
