I always thought I couldn’t sing. It wasn’t until I did my 300hr training in Peru with where we sat each evening in satsang and shared medicine music, mantras, rituals and songs of our ancestors that something started to resonate.

Iv been hosting ritual circles and sharing the art of chanting for over a decade now. The voice is the gateway to unlocking your authentic Self. The vibration, the tone, the intention all serves to awaken you to your truth.

All I want to do is share songs and music with others. Chanting the names of the divine brings me closer to it and rejoicing with others vibrating from their authentic being uplifts all of our prayers and intention.

These days I’ll love forever.
Taking Grace to the Osa for the first time was amazing. The endless beach days and quiet cricket nights are medicine. Coming home to SD I realize how much stimulation we have here and how fast pace it is that ill get swept up if I don’t remember to slow down and breath deep.
There were moments of missing Petey on this trip (that’s why I had to add a few photos from previous trips where he was with us) but I’m glad we have this little nugget who keeps us smiling and laughing all day.

I always cared too much about what people think.

It took me over 10 years to finally commit to getting married. I lived most of my life wanting to go against the grain identifying as a counterculture aquarian rebel and always thought getting married and having kids was for people who didn't think outside the box and stuck in the 9-5 grind. I filled most of my days with always doing things and never sitting in the 'ordinary' or 'mundane'. Everything I did had to be big and extraordinary.

Making decisions had always felt like a huge weight of wanting to make the 'right' choice. I would get anxious just thinking about it. What if I make the wrong decision and regret it. This just kept me stuck in the middle, stuck in an ebb and flow, a push and pull that only hurt myself and people around me.

After getting pregnant and deciding to get married I feel a huge wave of relief, I actually feel like I'm aligned with my life purpose and path, and I couldn't ask for a better partner through these last 10 years. I love you so much and I'm so grateful each day for our love that continues to grow and expand and now welcomes a new human into the world.

I love you so much and our beautiful life together, all the adventures and all the ways we have grown together.
