Do we create playgrounds or battlegrounds? We choose love and play 💖

Play is Mother Nature's design for deep engagement.

Play is Love in action.

Do we create playgrounds or battlegrounds? Do we choose love and play?

Or did we substitute the fundamental human need for deep engagement with operant conditioning that has us anxiously and compulsively seeking extrinsic validation and rewards?

Many grew up being told that to be good enough, to be competitive and find good jobs, to belong and have meaning, they had to be continuously measured and managed and meet standardized objectives.

But now the rules have changed. 50% of jobs will be lost in the next ten years to robotics and AI. Those who were measured and managed and driven by extrinsic reward and validation systems will now have to re-create themselves, find their way through play.
