Spotted some Cleavers growing out in the yard today and decided it was the perfect time for some fresh, wild-foraged "yard juice!" 🌿✨
I blended up these fresh spring greens with a crisp apple, a pinch of warming ginger, vanilla, and a touch of raw honey, then strained it all through a cheesecloth. It turned out so delicious! 🍏🍯
If you’ve never heard of drinking Cleavers, it is a powerhouse for wellness! It's one of the absolute best natural herbs for stimulating the lymphatic system—basically acting like a gentle "trash collector" for the body to help move fluid stagnation, flush the kidneys, and clear out toxins. Paired with the brightening antioxidants in the apple and the anti-inflammatory kick from the ginger, it’s the ultimate internal spring clean. 🧼💚
Bonus: I even used the leftover green pulp as a cooling, de-puffing face mask so absolutely nothing went to waste. Ultimate DIY spa night! 💆♀️✨
Have any of you ever foraged for cleavers before? Let me know! 👇
