Dang Brave Girl Brave Jewelry for life's Mountains and Valleys, created to carry you across Rivers and through Forests. I share that with you because it's important.

I started making jewelry after my son Jesse died in 2011. Life changing important. I think it became some sort of therapy and way of coping. As I learn to live with that loss I can tell you that I am being transformed. It is wholly and fully through the GRACE OF GOD that I am brave. I certainly don't feel like it at times but I am blessed with my other talented, brave son Tucker, an amazing family

, a posse of supportive, loving friends and a husband who loves me more than I deserve. Thank you for being here and I wish you well.

A sweet reminder for today.

Triple stone cuff featuring the ever amazing Turquoise from the Number 8 mine in Nevada. The mine was closed for turquoise mining in 1976 so those of us who love this particular variety treasure it, hoard it and value it for it's rarity and earthy beauty.

Every time I part with some on my stash it feels like I'm sharing a extra special secret.

Rugged, meaningful, solid, built to honor the man who is simply the best.

Last night as the sun was going down, I took advantage of it and got some quick shots of 5 new pairs of earrings. Sometimes you just want to freeze that magical moment in time as it transitions from day to night.

The Royston Ribbon pairs I shared late yesterday are all about those 'river' stones and these all silver sweeties are reminders to keep shining your light.

And it was a surprisingly special blessing on these new earrings I finished today. 3 pairs of the best Royston Ribbon Turquoise... which also happens to be my favorite Turquoise.
