CELEBRATING Brooke Demo, the new pole vault coach at Louisville.
We will be hosting a picnic at Silver Lake this Saturday from 1200-1600 to wish her well.
All are welcome for some good food and people.
Louisville's gain is our loss.
Like this if you plan on attending so we can get a head count on this short notice.
Thanks

Congrats to a couple of OTTVC vaulters Nicole Rossa and Nicole Waible who finished 2 and 3 in the Optimist with 11'6" and 10'6" respectively. That 11'6 ties for number 2 in D1 state rankings on Milesplit. A very hardy WELL DONE.

To repeat. No practice at Kent tonight. Brooke just got off red eye from Mt Sac relays in California and I just returned from China. We would be a little short on adequate coaching.

04/07/2012

No vault at KSU Easter Sunday. We,re also dropping the Wednesday nights due to lack of interest. (only 2 showed up the last 2 Wednesdays). We,ll continue Sundays at 1700 as long as attendance stays up.

02/29/2012

Practice tonight at 1830 at the KSU Fieldhouse NO PRACTICE THIS SUNDAY THE 4th due to the meet at Kent. Let's jump on the opertunity to get set to go outdoor and deal with the weather.

02/13/2012

Great practice tonight. People are starting to put things together. We'll be getting people sharpened up Wednesday night at 1830 for the meets this weekend. No practice Sunday, meet at KSU is a conflict but we'll be back at it the following Wednesday. We have room for a few more vaulters. We're missing those of you in other sports. The rest, school team conditioning doesn't have to mean you stop vaulting.

02/01/2012

Practice tonight at 1830. KSU field house.
NO PRACTICE THIS SUNDAY JAN 5th.
We'll resume on Wednesday Jan 8th.
