As a child, I was influenced by the love of crafting through a grandmother and aunt. When I retired in Dec 2019, I did primarily because of my mother's declining health. Then the pandemic in 2020 hit and I was unable to visit her as much as I liked. The blessing of 2020 was crafters emerged on FB, demonstrating making various types of crafts. We moved that same year and our sunroom became my happy

place...my crafting room. Not only do I enjoy crafting but I also enjoy making healthy foods. Foods that help with weight loss and obtain optimal health. Happy crafting and here's to your health.
