Lisa is a mother of 3 and now a business owner of 2 small businesses. She is quite busy but guarantees to put your order first and have it shipped no later than 2 business days after you've placed your order. We ship out standard so expect your package between 3-5 b

usiness days after the order has been shipped. If there are bad weather conditions expect delays. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can track your package. Since bracelets are made customized to fit you we only replace bracelets if they arrive to you broken. We give you 24 hrs to send pictures of the broken bracelets after it's been delivered. We do not provide any refunds. Do not shower with the bracelet. Avoid getting the bracelet wet. DO not spray cologne/perfume directly on the bracelet. Store away in a dry place preferably in the package it came in. If the bracelet gets dirty you can wipe it with a dry soft cloth. Keep away from small children as the beads can be a choking hazard. Children under 3 are not recommended to wear jewelry unless supervised by an adult. We do not hold any accountability. All bracelets are made with love and we expect you to treat them the same.
