Who decided men’s wedding bands had to be boring? Because I’d like a word 👀
When my client approached me about creating a wedding band for her husband, she had one request I absolutely loved: she wanted his ring to feel just as special as hers.
SAY LESS. 🫡
She came prepared with a whole lot of inspiration, and I got to do one of my favorite things…take all those ideas and turn them into something completely original.
I played with strong angular lines, subtle curves, and a signet inspired silhouette to create a design that felt bold, modern, and distinctly his.
The final result? Solid 14k yellow gold to match her ring, a gorgeous tiger’s eye center stone, and a tiny lab grown diamond accent for a little extra something.
But my favorite part isn’t necessarily the stunning shiny gold or the gemstones. It’s knowing that this ring was designed with one specific person in mind down to the smallest detail.
Because something you’re going to wear for the rest of your life deserves a little more thought than picking something out of a display case. 😘

Hi 👋 I’m Nina! Jeweler, designer, and professional collector of gemstones I definitely did not need. 😅
I realized I spend a LOT of time showing you what I make around here, but maybe not enough time talking about the person actually making it.
I’ve been making jewelry for over 11 years, and somewhere along the way it went from something I loved doing to something I couldn’t imagine not doing.
I spend my days designing and making jewelry that feels sculptural, distinctive, a little unexpected, and very intentionally not like everything else.
My favorite part is that jewelry I made with my own two hands becomes part of someone else’s entire life.
A custom engagement ring that holds a whole love story, a special stone that has meaning, or just a really damn good pair of hoops that become part of your every day and makes you feel cooler when you put them on.
That all matters so much to me.
So whether you’ve been here forever or just stumbled into my little corner of the internet…hi. I’m really glad you’re here. 🥹🫶✨

I’ll walk you through the entire process - choosing your stone, designing your ring, learning traditional metalsmithing techniques, soldering, setting your stone and finishing everything up into a ring that is completely yours.
No jewelry making experience needed. I’m a formally trained bench jeweler + jewelry instructor, and I’ll be right there helping you through every step 😘

Your fav friendly neighborhood jeweler is back with a few more things I think you should know before spending your hard earned money on jewelry. 💅✨
Because I have a LOT of opinions about this industry and we don’t gatekeep around here!
Soooo here’s the thing…
I’ve been making jewelry for over a decade now, and one thing I’ve learned is that good marketing and good jewelry are NOT always the same thing.
Waterproof? Tarnish free? Everyday jewelry?
Okay great, but what is it actually MADE OF? 👀
Just because something has a hefty price tag and a cute marketing campaign doesn’t automatically mean it’s well made or worth what you’re paying for it.
And listen, I’m not saying every piece of jewelry you own needs to be solid gold or cost a small fortune. There’s absolutely a place for affordable jewelry! We love options!!
I just think you deserve to know what you’re actually buying, how to take care of it, and what you can realistically expect from it over time.
Whether you’re buying a $30 necklace or commissioning a custom engagement ring, you deserve to know where your money is going.
