It’s been too long without some leopard up in here!! Finished these Leopard Jasper and Sonoran Blue turquoise pendants just now, and I’m always in love with these- leopard will forever be my favorite color.

I got these up on the website, and I think I'm done for the day. I've got a few appointments, and a special appointment tomorrow, but I don't want to say what because I don't want to jinx things... but some life changes coming soon, say a happy prayer for us!!

Ok, they are finished and I'm surprised no one guessed Palomino!! Y'all know I like my Palomino with all the blues and lots of swirly lines, so these stones were calling my name.

I have been working on this set for days but I swear it was one distraction or setback after the next!!! I was out here in the studio first thing this morning, ready for a fresh start to get these stones set and get this baby photoed. As you can see, Fatso, my husband’s horse, wanted to continue with distracting me and took over the little photoshoot, lol…

Y'all know where to find these, up on the website. I have silver cut to do another of these sets, in a bright Sonoran Blue, just a smidge bigger than this set. But I also have things laid out for some Leopard Jasper pendants. So we will see where the ADD leads me today...

Can you guess what kind of stones will be set in these pretty babies??
I thought I would have this set done today, but after my final polishing, I just wasn’t happy with one of the earring posts… So I snipped it off, sanded it down, and started over with a fresh post- much better now! It doesn’t matter how good you get at this soldering game, sometimes it’s just not as strong as it should be. I don’t play around with my earrings, lol… So these babies are back in the tumbler tonight and should be ready to go tomorrow.
What’s your best guess at the stones? Orrr, what are you hoping they are? 🤪

Made something new, and I’m totally obsessed! I wish I could tell y’all something about these turquoise stones, but alas, I’ve got nothing! These stones came in a little mystery bag from one of my favorite lapidaries. I had set them set them aside for myself, cause c’mon, they are gorgeous! But I had also ordered a handful of opals, and when I opened my opal package I thought to myself, “was I drinking margaritas when I ordered these?” Because while the stones are stunning, that looong, thin shape isn’t my usual. So anyhow, it was a brief moment of genius when I put them all together. I almost backed out, cause like I said, I was hoarding the turquoise for myself. But here they are and I’m just in love with the finished results. Too stinkin pretty!

I wish so bad I knew where these turquoise rocks came from, cause I would buy it all up! Throw your best guesses at me, let's see if we can find some similar!!

I’ve finally got another batch of funky chunky heart pendants! These were those stones I cut myself, a few of these rocks were from our adventures in Arizona. Something feels more special to me when I cut them myself. All 3 of these- Elisa turquoise, Carico Lake Green Apple, and a Number 8, are all available on the site.

You guys, I had the most ridiculous photoshoot with Walter getting pictures of these. I'm trying to make him earn his keep somehow, but he had other plans today. This horse....

I’m still obsessing over how perfect my new order of Golden Hills stones is! I mean, look at the center stone on the necklace- so drool-worthy!!! And I wanted to do a watch in the “fancy” style, cause these stones just feel so high class! I could gush on these for days, but y’all know, this turquoise just speaks for itself! These pretty babies are up on the site!

I have funky chunky hearts started on my table, so those will probably be the next finished pieces. You guys know about my attention span, so no promises though 😝

Funny/awkward part of living in a fifth wheel while building a house- my silver studio trailer shares a power outlet with my drier 😵‍💫 So on laundry days, I can only work between loads. I'm just grateful to not be on a generator anymore so I'm not complaining, and will use the scattered breaks to catch up on Real Housewives... But it's gunna be a little slow around here until we've got clean towels!

I’m a few days late but life’s been too good not to do a photo dump from the last of summer! My parents came out and we got 5 generation photos, so cool. Did some roping, turned some barrels, spent too much time at the vet but the ponies are doing good! Some rodeos, some concerts, and Cannon’s out of gas again… Always making the best jewels and feeling so stinkin proud and grateful of the life this business is affording us now. I used to dream of these days and I swear I’ll never take it for granted! 🩵🩵🩵

Update- both sold! I’ll have more Golden Hills pieces early next week, so keep an eye out!

When I tell you guys I got the most gorgeous Golden Hills Turquoise order in, I’m not exaggerating at all!! These stones are to die for!! When I opened the package, I dropped everything else I was working on to start with these babies!! I have a few more pieces laid out, but y’all know I don’t have the patience to do big ol’ drops- I post them as I finish them!

So, first 2 pieces ready to go are a watch and bracelet. These are up on the site and ready for their forever homes. Next on the table are a matching necklace and one more of the fancier style watches. Unfortunately, I’m out of the wire I use for chain, so I may jump back into a few other projects before I can get those 2 finished.

The day is young and I'm not sure what I'm going to start on next. I have soooo many stones scattered out and the ADD brain can't zero in on one thing... Are there any major requests? I have supplies to make one more watch? Probably not enough wire for any necklaces with handmade chains... So maybe some fun chunky pendants? I have more of the funky heart stones cut and ready..? I could probably do some earrings too- y'all looking for studs or for dangles? Just let me know!!!
