As some of you know, Wake Zone coffee is opening a storefront in Winnebago, and will be taking a step back from some of their markets to get the store finalized and open. We wish them nothing but great success on their new venture!
We also cannot leave you guys without delicious, fresh, locally roasted coffee! So I’m super happy to introduce you all to I Dig Coffee! You may know him(or his coffee) from autumn on parade, Oregon market,Jonamac orchard and several other markets. Bob is truly a fantastic person, that I’ve gotten to know over the last several years. He really cares about ethically sourcing his coffee beans and it shows! He has a wide knowledge of coffees and their flavor profiles, which is so helpful with finding the right coffee fit. His prices are also very hard to beat!
Truly a gem! And I couldn’t be more excited he will be joint us this market season! Make sure to stop by his tent and welcome him to the crew!

Howdy everyone! Soooo I’m considering doing what I’ll call “sourdough Sundays”. Times are tough for a lot of people, but everyone should have a place to get fresh, affordable, clean ingredient, nutritious bread. Sooo, I’d bake a bunch of plain sourdough and put it out on my pick up table. You can come by and grab what you need for the week. First come, There would be a mounted cash box and Venmo link for payments. This would be $7 plain loaves only(flavors made to order).
This special would run every Sunday until markets start back up. There would likey be other various items put out too. Who would be interested in this idea? Please like or comment feedback! Thanks so much everyone!
