I’m hosting something incredibly special TONIGHT during Valatie Food Truck Night (5 PM - 8 PM). As a certified Pilates Mat and CrossFit Level 1 instructor, I do classes, personal training, and deep-dive mindset work. We packed the house with 13 people on mats last weekend, which is our comfortable sweet spot! I love this community and want to bring in a few down-to-earth, independent instructors who want to run their own style and build their own clientele.If you have the drive to handle your own social media and client hustle, I want to treat you like a true partner. Two custom charms, made by hand right here in Upstate NY. ♡

First up: recycled silver with hand-stamped initials, a triangle pendant, and a Sagittarius symbol inside—for the truth-seeker who’s always reaching higher.

Second: gold-filled with an ankh charm (the Egyptian key of life), plus a triangle holding the alchemical symbol for Water with a Pisces glyph inside. For the dreamer, the healer, the one who flows with intuition.

Both made with recycled metals, stamped one by one, and sent with care.
