Alice the Elephant…. is a traditional brass medallion used on heavy horse harnesses in the 19th century-Alice was a famous attraction at the London Zoo alongside “Jumbo”…. now if you’re wondering what Second Story by APD is gonna do with it stay tuned.!!!!

Happy Sunday morning! It’s a beautiful day again here in Chicago. We are getting an early start on our day gonna head out to a flea market, second time to the fabric warehouse and then a quick trip to IKEA! Few more days left of my trip and then I’ll be back home🤪😘

Started my trip to Chicago with a beautiful architectural tour of the Chicago River and all the amazing buildings here in the city! It’s been about 25 to 30 years since I’ve been on this tour so lots of changes!!! my very first job here in the city as a cocktail waitress was at the Marina 300 Towers✨

Happy Labor Day!!!… thank you everyone that shopped my small business at the West Palm Beach Antiques Festival this past Labor Day Weekend!!!…Heading off to the Windy City for a quick trip to visit family and friends. Hope to do lots of hunting for one of a kind finds!!! see you next month!🇺🇸😘
