A goal of mine for 2015 is to strengthen relationships between state and chapters, elected officials, media and businesses. I think when collaborating with officials, businesses and media outlets we need to stress the importance of the Jaycees within the State at the local level, and find ways that all can work together to create impact within our communities utilizing the Active Citizen Framework. Create a project that we can together on. This would help strengthen alliances and expand partnerships.

As President of the Minnesota Jaycees in 2015, one of my goals is to create a video archive of training sessions offered at state conventions and other events throughout Minnesota. I feel this will get more members engaged in the training program and lead to a stronger and more expansive program, increasing our ability to train all of our members, in all areas of life.
By making these training's available for free through a video library, all members of the Minnesota Jaycees would be able to enjoy this key benefit of membership.

I had such a great time meeting new people and catching up with others this summer, thank you all for your hospitality! A very talented member of my campaign team, Kali Trinkner, put together this slide show highlighting a few of my stops. I look forward to even more adventures!

I have had a great time traveling the state this summer sharing my goals and visions for 2015. Between now and convention I will be posting a series of items expanding on these goals with each post. Congrats to all of the award recipients at Region 3 awards last night. It was a great night for socializing, singing karaoke, sitting by the campfire and fellowship. The kids were even occupied playing games. Good luck everyone at the state convention!
