Have you seen this lovely little tool?

Behold the Micro Titanium Soldering Pick created by Christopher Lpf Anderson !

I often have small and intricate jobs like picking up tiny bits of silver solder and placing them on these twisted loops. The Micro size makes it possible for my smallish hands to easily brace on the side of my soldering area while working with it, which is essential for steady soldering operations.

My friend Chris also sells the regular size, but the Micro is my favorite. They are downright pretty too! You can find them through the product link along with what I am making these loops for… charms and dangles.

Which one would you use more? The regular or the Micro??

Some more pretty things coming in the next shop update on Oct 10th! You’ve seen me working on them and talking about them and now they will finally be available.

Also, in case you didn’t know the “eternity” symbol has been used in past years as the symbol representing nuerodivergence and the gold color specifically for Autism because of its symbol on the periodic table being Au. So I thought that was cool and made it into a ring.

What I love about it… It’s really elegant but also really practical. It’s not super high but still has side clearance for another band to fit against it. When you look at it from the top, the band looks really delicate, but the area under your finger is much more substantial and can handle a lot of wear and also helps keep it oriented correctly. There is nothing pokey or scratchy here. Every curve is silky smooth and even the inside of the band is rounded to create a “comfort fit.” As a sensory sensitive person, this is all really important to me. Functionality AND beauty.

This ring style can come in other materials including platinum as a custom order, using your own 5mm stone, one in my collection, or I can source one for you.

First time back at the bench now that my kiddos have started up school again, working on a custom pair of 18k yellow gold earrings.

I always think that I will have more time to work in the summer but with three kids at home, but it just doesn’t happen.

To all my fellow neurodivergents out there, did you survive the fireworks and sensory overload of July 4 in the USA?

It takes so much energy to navigate things that other people don’t even think about like summer holidays, big celebrations, or things like…. posting on social media. 👀

So for fun I made a ring that celebrates neurodiversity with the gold (Au) that represent autism because despite how hard it is just to go to a grocery store, I still love who we are and what makes us all unique. I couldn’t do what I do without the unique brain that I have, with its insane attention to detail and insatiable desire to evolve.

The “Celebrate Nuerodiversity” ring is coming soon to the website, which I have been working on in every spare moment in between caring for kiddos.

How do you feel about hidden details?

Some people want all the details to be seen, but others love having a design that’s like a hidden secret that they can choose to share or keep it all to themselves.

I sometimes say that filigree is a work of love and so this ring has a little secret bit of love for you tucked behind a stunning pink natural Lotus garnet.

It is part of my new Skylight collection which is coming soon to my website (which I’m currently working on.) I’m thinking of making this style of ring available as a made to order solitaire as part of my bridal selections. So you could choose one of my stones or I could use one of yours! I also love helping you source stones that are ethical and unique.

I love the reflection and the warmth of the 18k gold. Each one of these “Wish-bands” (wishbone-ringband) is unique and made specifically for you with a swirling unbroken filigree pattern all the way around. No two patterns are ever the same.

They are one of my favorite things to make!

Each Wish-band is carefully tailored and can be made in various widths and specifications to be worn on its own or to accentuate a solitaire ring. It can also be customized with a gemstone and I have some gorgeous options in stock or can use one that you already have.
