Our rings ✨️

First shot - my stack (chunky, but why not!?), yellow gold engagement ring made by my pal to my husband's (🫢) design, set with tourmaline, topaz & sapphire. Alongside my wedding ring, made by myself in 18ct white gold (un-plated), set with a gorgeous blue sapphire to compliment the engagement ring. I decided on an organic texture, to contrast with the smooth lines next to it. A combo of metals (and stones!) isn't for everyone, but I've never been much of a fan of traditional ❤️‍🔥

Second shot - mine & Mark's wedding rings. I also made his band in 18ct white gold, engraved by hand with the contours of the landscape around home - the valley we love to walk & run together 🌿 you can see more of my map work over on 🗺

I think about that teal cushion cut sapphires often, if I'm honest. And isn't the colour of 18ct white gold stunning, it's kind of champagne, oyster toned. All high street jewellers would rhodium plate this metal, which I really don't understand! Let the raw material shine ✨️

Another fabulous Open Studios under the belt - thanks all who came along! We've just found out it was a record breaking year visitor numbers wise - I'm so pleased the word is spreading about our workshops throughout Sheffield and further afield ☺️

Open Studios, this weekend!

It's an absolutely jam packed weekend for cretaieva in the city centre, with both Yorkshire Artspace sites (Persistence Works + Exchange Place Studios) open to the public, on at Showroom and at Castlegate 👯

There's so much to see & do, get stuck in! It's free to explore our studios, we're open Saturday and Sunday 11am - 5pm, come say hello 👋
