Our local club shows have been in Waikiki over the past few years -- we are doing a one-day show at Washington Intermediate (on King St in Makiki) with free parking and admission. Come by and see a wide variety of minerals and crystals, displayed and sold by local club members. I specialize in crystals and fluorescent minerals at all price points, with specimens for serious or novice collectors. I also carry a wide variety of cabochons (mineral), and will have a limited supply of UV lights available.

Hui Pohaku O Hawai'i (The Rock & Mineral Society of Hawai'i) will be hosting the Spring Rock & Mineral Show at the Hyatt Waikiki on 3/29 - 3/30 -- as usual, I will be participating as a vendor -- come by and talk story! I have a wide selection of crystals and mineral specimens -- fluorescent minerals, enhydros, and a lot of quartz (elestials, fadens, rare amethysts & citrines).
Free admission -- $10 parking with validation – more details in link in comments.

Hui Pohaku O' Hawai'i -- The Rock and Mineral Society of Hawai'i -- is hosting it's next Gem and Mineral show at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki on August 24 - 25, Saturday 10 - 7, Sunday 9 - 5. I've heard from my fellow vendors of a lot of new material, and three new vendors are joining us -- come join us to see a large selection of fine mineral specimens, crystals, and gems for jewelry making. Admission is free -- parking is $10 with validation.

The first photo: short-wave UV [appears similar under long-wave]; second photo: indoors w/flash; third photo: outdoors, direct sunlight. Note the daylight flourescence -- the green color that is not present indoors is a result of the mineral flourescing the UV present in sunlight. Will be available for sale.

Please join us, Hui Pohaku ‘O Hawai’i, aka The Rock and Mineral Society of Hawai’i, for our Spring 2024 Gem, Mineral and Jewelry show on April 6 and 7 at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. The doors will be open from 10 AM to 7 PM on Saturday, and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, with free admission. This is a great opportunity to see and purchase a wide variety of gemstones, mineral specimens, and jewelry displayed by club members who are all local, small-business owners. Self-park for $10 with validation, valet parking is $15 (plus tip) with validation.

The Rock and Mineral Society of Hawaii, aka Hui Pohaku 'O Hawai'i, is hosting a Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry show at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki on April 6 - 7. Times are being finalized and will be announced soon -- please mark your calendars! I will be there as a vendor, with a lot of new items including minerals from Africa, cabochons and faceted gems for jewelry, and micro mounts (small mineral specimens in tiny display cases). Admission is free -- self-parking is $10 with validation -- come visit us and spend a day in Waikiki "playing tourist"!
