Rouhana has been curious about Palestinian heritage hand crafts, as a result, she collected handmade dresses to fulfill her eagerness, but, inside her brain was starve for some creativity and color, thus, H. Rouhana ventured her own business for making jewelry inspired from traditional dresses over Palestine, Tashakeel.
هي مصممة الحلي هيام روحانا، التي اختارت حفظ التطريز الفلسطيني من الضياع، عبر استخدام مكونات الثوب من وحدات التطريز و"المناجل" ,الأشرطة الملونة على حواف الثوب, و"الأوية" , المنديل الجليلي المطرز الحواف والذي يواجه خطر الاندثار ؛ لخلق اكسوارات ذات نمط فلسطيني جديد.
روحانا، التي بدأت مشروعها الإبداعي، الذي يجمع بين تصميم الحلي وتخليد التطريز الفلسطيني، منذ بضعة أعوام، تتأمل طويلا في "ثيمات" التطريز وألوانه؛ لتترافع من خلاله عن الحق الفلسطيني المتأصل في الأرض منذ ممالك كنعان.
تستلهم في قطع الاكسسوارات التي تصممها جغرافية وطبيعة المدن والقرى الفلسطينية؛ ثمة قطع تدهم الناظر إليها بألوان الدحنون والخضرة الجليلية، فيما أخرى تهيمن عليها زرقة الساحل الفلسطيني، ليتآخى ذلك كله وقطعاً معدنية وأحجار كريمة، تضيفها لمكونات الحليّ. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YAsJl_InbKI
