HOW WILL WE INCREASE AWARENESS ? By designating a specific icon, color, month, and time to recognize a certain disease, disorder, or condition. Through the website, books, pamphlets, and seminars. By donating to charities, and programs for the different

diseases, disorders, and conditions. Also by wearing specific apparel and jewelry that represents each. Purpose-
is to identify a wearer or promoter with the identity of IT DOESN'T DEFINE ME brand and demonstrate moral support of the individual's disease, disorder, or condition

This book was written to help build children's confidence and to encourage children that have been diagnosed with an illness. I want children to know that their illness doesn't define them. in this book, children will find words that may help express their emotions and feelings regarding their illness. This book has an adjective that begins with each letter of the alphabet, and a diagnosis mentioned, that corresponds with that letter as well.
